Dealing with Grief

Grief is a process, of dealing with loss and deep sorrow.

Sometimes it takes forever and sometimes we can release it tomorrow.

We lose hope, we lose faith, we lose friends, we lose love.

We deal with grief when losing our work, and maybe our homes.

Sometimes the hand we are dealt involves God taking the ones we love

to his home above.

Dealing with the feeling of grief takes time to heal and at times, it doesn’t .

Grief may inspire us to transform those thoughts into writing, painting,

cooking, dancing, and discussions. Sometimes the grief goes away and we

keep the memory alive.

to me, rghead

Cynthia,

Thank you very much for the invitation. Yes, it would be a pleasure to speak to your members.

January 12 would be a good date if that fits your schedule. Others in January would be alternatives.

I will have a couple posters and a slide presentation. My wife, Dr. Carole Hoover, will introduce me.

Best regards,

Rg
