The Generation of Inspiration

Remembering the day I drove over the bridge to Coronado.

Looking for a home that combined my need for like-minded community-focused people, a small-town feel, and close to the sea. It to me really feels like home with the most amazing folks.

Living in a building that everyone knows and I became a member of the Optimists, IBC, and the Vietnam Memorial. Attending everything Coronado for 10 years, I met so many outstanding heroes. Navy seals, Army rangers, WWII veterans, and the forces who help protect us. Politicians, Pentagon people, actors, 911 responders, and even sports stars like Lance Armstrong.

Recently many members have crossed the rainbow bridge, so many of that generation were selfless volunteers for their whole lives. Inspiring others were folks like Irish Flynn, Jack Larison, Jim Cooper, and Buck Rodgers.

I feel honored and blessed to be returning to a home that is in line with my soul.
